- Handling end to end Recruitment and has expertise in salary negotiations.
- Managing Appraisal process across all levels.
- Coordinating in the formulation and implementation of increment, incentive, VPB etc.
- Setting up of various HR Policies.
- Formulating & implementing various Employee Engagement Activities.
- Handling other day to day HR activities like Probation, Full & Final Settlement, Vendor Management, Grievance Handling.
