Currently manage material handling, security and fleet vehicle maintenance products for Grainger Sourcing. Also, implemented a supplier performance database to manage top suppliers that includes the distribution of a monthly score card. Recently created a Supplier Selection Tool (Access Database) to manage how and where our 200 Sourcing Specialists purchase product from based on a ranking system that support our supplier strategy.
