Report to Executive Vice President of the organisation, my responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Review and give recommendation for establishment of new international subsidiary; • Improve current subsidiaries performance (in 10 countries) by: i) identifying, evaluating and selecting appropriate strategy at Corporate and Business Level strategy; ii) monitoring and evaluating subsidiaries’ strategy at Functional Level strategy; • Identify potential strategic investment targets and opportunities; • Create and maintain a team of professionals to analyze, finance, manage and sell the investments; • Participate/lead due diligence activities; • Brief member of the Board on pr...
