Managing  the complete IT sales  department which includes but is not limited to, providing complete and accurate reporting on past, present and future sales  activities.
As a member of the Executive Team  playing an active part in setting the strategic direction of the company, and develop and execute plans for such.
                 Setting the tactical direction of the sales efforts in the short and medium term, including: 
- Market approaches for all markets and segments
-Action plans and follow up for each sales person
-Continuously evaluate the success of above approaches
-Recommend incentive schemes to align the sales effort 
-Providing “on-time” and “accurate” reporting of sal
