Working in TESS-India aiming to improve quality teaching learning practice in the classroom and teacher educaiton in India with a collaboraiton of The Open University England and Edcuation System of India. Worked for last 12 years in the education system of India under different national projects at NCERT such as NAS, Seventh All India School Education Survey, Sixth Survey of Educational Research, IEA, IER, CCE,. I have also worked as a researcher in Room to Read lead research team., besides, worked as lecturer in training colleges for three years.
