I have been working in IT industry for more than 10 years. During that time I have participated as a QA Team Lead in a number of small-to-large size software projects for developing various custom solutions according to customer needs and requirements. My professional background includes working in IT department for 3 years (testing, support, administration, writing scripts) and more than 7 years of outsourcing experience. During that period I have acted as manual tester, automation test engineer, senior automation engineer, performance engineer, team leader, and manager. I have solid expertise in manual/automation/performance/load testing as well as project management.
