Ross has extensive experience working in community and education settings, developing and delivering long term projects and one off workshops.
In the Primary Sector he works closely with with Local Authorities, Senior Leadership Teams, School Staff, Pupils, Parents and Governors, delivering projects that help to raise aspiration and achievement across the board.
Ross has helped schools develop their own curriculum, tying in National Requirements with the needs and wants of and teachers learners across the school. He has also worked with schools on more subject specific work, delivering training and co-coaching in the classroom.
