Ruchira is currently working at Pricewaterhouse Coopers as a HR Consultant for its GRID (Government Regulatory and Infrastructure Development) practice. Her area of work includes capacity building initiatives for state electricity utilities via. their organization restructuring, manpower planning, redesigning their HR policies and processes.
