I am a dynamic person with good cognitive and communication competences. After my international internship experience in Romania, I´m able to adjust to various situations, going further my comfort zone. It also helped me to develop profound intercultural competencies.Because of my active volunteer work in different areas, I was able to acquire qualifications in especially organisational and interpersonal areas. AIESEC and ESN made me truly believe that the ability to create a common vision within a team has direct consequences on goals' achievement at high performance level.
