I’m a seasoned R&D Projects Technical Manager, with more than 13 years of experience in software implementation. Analysis, design and implementation of web application of medium and large scale in tourism, telco, banking, insurance and some government departments. During this time, i led teams up to 10 resources, managed over 30 projects with budgets up € 200k, with more than 200 hours of teamwork and project management.
Currently responsible for lead/manage tourism portal projects, that involves business requirements analysis, architecture and high-level solution design, resource planning, work estimates, progress tracking, training/coaching and client relationship.
