I started Oscar Communications in December 1992 as a design and manufacturing company for Voice Logging Recorders. We offered one of the first digital voice loggers available and were very successful i gaining acceptance in the global financial markets. In 1993 we opened our second office in Hong Kong. In 1996 we started a second company called Digital Techniques which specialized in digital to analogue converters for digital handsets to allow them to be recorded. In 2004 we merged the two companies and kept the name Digital Techniques and transferred the tradenames and trademarks Oscom into this Digital Techniques.
