Mandy is an Engineering Physics Major at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and plans to continue her education to obtain a Masters Degree but in the mean time has many exciting plans. One of which, she is planning on hiking the Appalachian Trail within the next two years, starting in Georgia and ending in Maine. Until then, riding on her Felt ZW40 has been the first step of her becoming an avid cyclist. With so much peddling, she works up a mighty thirst which seems to be best subdued with beers around the world hoping to one day drink them at their origin.
