I am one of the co-founders of Parsec Holdings, which has grown from an engineering consultancy in the mid-1990s employing 6 engineering consultants to a group that currently has over 120 employees. I play a key role in strategy formulation and implementation for all the businesses in the Parsec group. As a long-standing board member of Parsec Holdings I have been involved in steering the company through various cycles and phases required to build and grow a business.
