Dr. Al Alfy was working as a technical Deputy Chief of Party for Communication for Healthy Living (CHL) program with Johns Hopkins University/Center for Communication Programs (JHU/CCP) in Egypt since 2003 until 2011. He was providing in-country technical assistance for needs assessments, research design and implementation, strategy development and project design and implementation as needed.
