In new logistics organization in Saipa Corporation, We Experienced installing new concepts of intrnal logistics such as synchron systems for high volume parts and electronic kanban for small and medium volume parts.
Absolutely, part repacking was the essential phase of this project. Also, definition of new location and careers were inevitable.
