Currently I have focused on COPD and Asthma, IPF and Mustard lungs. Developing manually developed pathways and designing computational networks , .... Then After noble prize of 2006 in medicine, RNAi, I followed, reviewed and reconstructed non-coding small RNA pathways in relation with gene silencing in model organisms, Arabidopsis, C. elegans, and human.
