Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (petrochemicals- Ehylene plant & fertilizers- Urea plant)
• Responsible for preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance activities.
• Reviewing all "maintenance work order instruction"(MWIs).
• Planning for equipment overhaul (time, spare parts, and manpower).
• Root cause analysis of repeated failure.
Maintenance of the following equipment:-
• Centrifugal Air blowers (Piller).
• Small steam turbines (coppus turbines, shin-Nippon, shiniko).
• Pumps "centrifugal (Sulzer, Ebara, KSB, Flowserve) & diaphragm (Peroni, Bran-luebbe, nikkiso, Bono-Exacta) & multi stage (shin-Nippon) &screw (allweiller, seepex) and sundyne.
