I have 18+ years’ experience in Gas turbines, Compressors, Pumps and Heat recovery steam.
In 2001 l modified the protection system for a gas turbine generator in a Jeddah power plant and after succeeding implemented on some ABB Gas Turbines in Saudi Arabia.
In 2008 appointed as Team Leader to solve some complex problems in a Jeddah power plant. In order to align the team with this task, I taught them RCA.
In 2011 joined Marafiq as an RCA Engineer. Based on Hofstede's cultural dimensions theory realized to reduce the number of process failures would involve the operators and technicians working together to solve problems using 5Whys.
