Dr. Samuel Oyewole is a Chemical Incident Investigator at the U.S. Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board in Washington, DC. Previously, he was a Professor of Environmental Health and Safety Engineering in the Department of Energy and Mineral Engineering at the Pennsylvania State University. He earned his Ph.D. degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University.
