A colleague once described me as being an addict to Raiser's Edge.  Whereas I wouldn't go that far, I do enjoy working with the product.  My main focus, after fulfilling the responsibility of the job, is ensuring the users are able to navigate the system.  There is a lot that RE can do, but a lot of us don't have time to play around and investigate. I offer the users different ways to learn about the system including monthly user group meetings, monthly newsletters, group trainings, one-on-one work and consultation.
