After working for 17 years in the C. Excise department, I resigned in the year 2007 and established a law firm by name ‘SRD LEGAL’. I am assisted by four Advocates and a few clerical staff. I am consultant/ advisor to several companies and also handle litigation at Tribunal and High Court in the fields of Indirect Taxes (GST, C. Excise, Service Tax, Customs, Foreign Trade). We are based at Mumbai. We practice in the Tax Tribunals all over India and in Bombay High Court.
