- End to end project management including land acquisition, dealing with tenants living on site, building designing, municipal approvals, construction activity, sales & marketing and hand over of finished buildings to sale customers. - Formulation of execution strategy for projects so as to minimize project time period, to execute project with minimum involvement of funds and keeping in mind the peculiar risk profile of the project. - Indepth understanding of Acts, Rules and Regulations like MRTP Act, Slum Act, Development Control Regulations to take sound decisions and asses the degree of risk involved in decisions.
