I am detailed, result-orientated, organized, curious, and enthusiastic. During the last 5 years of professional experience, I have worked in the corporate learning department of a retail company focusing on developing and implementing learning solutions related to leadership and general management. Within this context, I have developed skills in managing projects and stakeholders, creating e-learning and in-person training, redesigning current solutions, developing an impact evaluation methodology for programs, and creating a strategy to reinforce learning transfer in participants.
