I graduated with Magna Cum Laude Honors in Journalism from the University of Houston in 2014. I am currently continuing my education at the University of Houston- Clear Lake to pursue a Master of Science in Instructional Technology with a specialization in Industrial/Organization Psychology. The Instructional Technology program provides courses on how to design, develop and manage education with technology. I/O Psychology courses will allow me to understand how organizational structures, management styles and social norms affect employee behavior.
