• Balance 15 register floats daily and sets up floats with proper funds for the current and next day. • Processes change order. Prepares daily bank deposits and reconciliation of paperwork. Maintains store petty cash fund on a weekly basis. • Develop a plan with Assistant Manager of Customer Service /Operation to increase sales in under performing departments and capitalize on high performance. • Communicates, assigns, monitors and redirects work of associates during shifts to achieve service area priorities and plan of actions. • Responsible for providing exceptional Customer service by answering and solving queries with driving sales.
