I am a Human Resources Professional with a passion for innovation and creativity. I have recently completed a post-grad human resources diploma program with St Lawrence College and am currently working towards CHRP designation. My personal interest is focused on training and development and communications.Through my workplace placement at DND - IPSC Kingston I was able to hone my skills by creating a development plan: a one day development session to train the trainers with the objective of facilitating workflow and to reinforce policies.
