Programmed for 3,4, and 5 axis machines and different controller Fanuc, Siemens and Heidenhein.
3 axis machines are FADAL,HAAS,MAZAK, AND CINCINATTI LANCER.
4 axis machines are Makino A51,A55,A88,MC98,and Daewoo.
5 axis machines are Hermle,Cincinatti 20V and Gantrywith 3 spindles,Handtmann PBZ,HBZ COMPACT CELL and HBZ AEROCELL,Mikron HPM 1000U and NORMA etc.
Very familiar with using Miteebite products like Series9 clamps,Knife Edge clamps,Pitpull clams,Toe clamp, Carrlane Grippers, Invertbolt and invert bolt with precision locator, Ball locks and Dovetail fixture etc.,
Machined both High speed machining and Deep cutting strategy.
