Mr.Scaria Thomas is a graduate in Physics and has a post graduation in MBA (HR & Cooperation)from Gandhigram Rural Institute, deemed university,an institution that is built upon the ideals and principles of Mahatma Gandhi.(M.com-Doing). He has few years of experience in the technical side and years of experience in teaching. He Started his career with NEST Technologies, Infopark, Kochi, he later went on to be the HR Manager of Mary Matha College, Mananthavady. Before joining Rajadhani Business School, he worked as an Assistant Professor at Christ Nagar College, Trivandrum. He has to his credit two international publications. He works as a soft skill and corporate trainer for the past 4 years
