I work with teams to help them to improve their ways of working (WoW) and ways of thinking (WoT) around their approaches to software and data. I do this via three strategies:
1. Talking with you. This includes facilitating strategy sessions, training, and coaching within your organization
2. Talking at you. I often speak at internal conferences or meetings within organizations.
3. Talking at many. I am a keynote speaker at international software conferences.
