I have a passion for helping organisations to better manage knowledge and processes so that they are more effective and profitable. I absolutely loved being an Engineer, and still think of myself as an Engineer, but in 2000 I started FoCul which is a consultancy and solutions provider. We deliver pragmatic robust solutions that allow organisations to reduce costs, enhance control and improve competitiveness by managing knowledge and processes better.
