• IT Service Management; • IT Infrastructure projects; • Support analyst; • Microsoft Server technologies, administration, analysis, monitoring, testing and troubleshooting. • Operational systems ( Windows Server 2000, 2003, 2008 ); • Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Print Server; • Backup management; • Symantec Antivirus and WSUS; • Monitoring System Tools ( Whatsup, Hobbit and Dell Openmanage Console ) • Users support and familiarity with Windows and Office at the user level, including user and application installation. • Familiarity with Dell Poweredge and Powervault Series, • Advanced ability (building and configuring machines, hardware troubleshooting).
