I am an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist, with expertise in Quantitative Psychology.
I primarily study so-called "dark personality"--personal characteristics such as narcissism, psychopathy, or obsessive-compulsive personality--at work, especially within the context of leadership. I am interested in the role that personality (and other individual differences) plays in the development of leaders. Furthermore, I am interested in the ways that leaders fail.
