I come from the family with engineering background of more than 50 years and that too mainly in Maintenance and Service areas.
I am into Elevator business since last 14 years and have noted that no elevator company is able to achieve more than 30 % of the customer satisfaction level when it comes to Services and that is mainly due to its sole dependency on the maintenance and service team which is the main loop hole in the elevator industry. (I am talking about Indian market). This is because here in India most of the technical teams are not formally educated in any field, they become technicians by working with senior technicians who themselves have become technicians in the same manner....
