Currently a senior in Florida International University's Chaplin School of Hospitality and Tourism Management and expected to graduate this December 2015. Started my path in the hospitality industry when I first worked as an assistant manager at a retail store called Pacific Sunwear. This laid the foundation of the importance of what customer service is. Since then, I transitioned into working in different hotel properties from Florida to Alaska in departments such as front office and food and beverage.
