I had enrolled as a lawyer with the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu, India in 1974. Due to my various assignments in and out of India, I had ceased my practice of law. In April 2013, I had re-joined and revived the licence to practice law. My firm will be focused on Corporate law, Contracts, and International agreements like Joint ventures and setting up of business by foreigners in India and by Indians overseas, and business matters internationally.
