This is my 4th year back in public education after leaving the JDC/RTC education realm and charter school. My ultimate goal is to become a principal at a DAEP and work for these students that the system seems to push aside. I have three preps this year, Biology, Aquatics, and Forensics. I am enjoying the diversity of students and the challenges. As department chair, I am able to utilize many of the systems and processes learned during my administrative masters program. Wagner High School is on their second year of the Three System Model and it has proven successful so far.
