I  cannot wait for things to come my way, but that does’nt mean, I am impatient rather take initiative. 	I look forward to motivating people to their rightful deeds, which makes me a team- player, I am never easily convinced that makes me scientific and logical. I have fact-finding skills, data mining skills. I aspire to have clarity in thoughts and study with precision and simplicity. I can accept limitations, exceptions and impediments those stand specific to a process and enable me to resolve matters         amicably. It is easy to escape from the situations than to fall into it which sense of responsibility. Believe in confrontation than conciliation with Practical approach to problem.
