Assistant Professor

I am working as Assistant Professor at the Department of International Relations, NDU. I teach International Security, Global Terrorism and Theories of IR to the graduate students. My research focus is on non-state violent actors like Al-Qaeda, TTP, and other terrorist groups headquartered in FATA/Pakistan. At the moment, I am working on different research projects like radicalization, terrorism, political narratives, security of Pakistan and Pak-Afghan relations. My research area is primarily FATA, Pakistan and Afghanistan.
