I am a Holistic Nutritionist, I obtained my Bachelors Degree in Science of Holistic Nutrition and have been practicing for 8 years. I work with Chiropractors,Doctors, Nurses, Therapists and others in the health field to help people obtain their health, nutrition and wellness goals. I am a Mom of 3 awesome young adults, A daughter of the greatest parents, A loving sister and grateful Fiance' and friend. I have a passion for helping others live healthy lives through nutrition and wellness. I grew up in a big loving Irish family and my Mum from England whom taught us about healthy eating, good nutrition and healthy lifestyles, I believe in Healthy Bodies, Minds and Spirits.
