Instrumental in implementing a program of direct assistance to journalists who must go into hiding or exile to escape threats; journalists in need of medicine and other material support in prison; and journalists injured after violent attacks. Work experience includes managing cases of assistance to journalists in Eritrea, Ethiopia, The Gambia, Kenya, Rwand
