My consulting firm - Shibumi Management - specializes in organizational governance, strategic planning - and the emerging discipline of "Knowledge Management."
I bring to this work 30 years' experience in all levels of government including municipal in Atlantic and Western Canada, provincial / territorial in Nova Scotia, Ontario and Nunavut, and federal with the Privy Council Office, Treasury Board (the Canadian Government's policy centre and employer), Public Works and Government Services (equivalent to the USA's GSA), and Foreign Affairs and International Trade.
