I am currently employed as a HR Administrator at Unitrans. In my position I am exposed to many HR function  such as benefits of employees, in house recruitment as well as assisting on any HR related query. I closely work with HR managers of different business units as well as all the contract managers.  Previously I worked as a recruitment consultant for an agency known as Isilumko staffing. I specialised in the call centre environment with financial institutions being the bulk of our clients. I have recruited for positions such as sales consultants; retention agents; claims consultants; verification agents; customer service consultants; learnership programs.
