I worked with aspiring entrepreneurs who are eager to execute new ideas and build their business online. I recognize that most problems with business processes (i.e. software development, increasing revenues, improving profitability, enhancing growth, or better human resource policy) are due to one or more of the following causes:
#. The CEO has not clearly defined the business strategy or direction.
#. There is a well-defined strategy on paper, but it is not being implemented.
#. The strategy that has been defined is based on internal conjecture, not on external validation.
#. The company’s executives and front-line employees are too busy solving day-to-day problems.
