I am a senior scientist working in the area of complex systems optimisation at the institute of High Performance Computing. My current interest is in convex optimisation and analysis, systems engineering, and probability and information theory as applied to analysing and optimising dynamical non-linear systems. I also have a secondary interest in computational modelling techniques. I am proficient in high performance computing programming languages such as co-array fortran, C, openMP, openCL, MPI and VHDL programming. And have worked on creating high performance versions of numerical algorithms such as FFT, and SVD in parallel programming languages.
