Simón has just finished his D.Phil. at the University of Oxford. Simón has been a visiting researcher at Pontificia Universidad Católica, in Chile and at the University of California at Berkeley, in the US. More broadly, Simón has extensive experience designing, managing, conducting, and delivering projects for civil society organisations as well as in the private and academic sectors.
