I’m an agile coach and I believe that the application of agile and lean principles can bring out the very best in teams, and when it’s done right, with passion and focus, leads to true customer delight, which in turn can result in the transformation in organisations.
I’m also a firm believer that agile and lean isn’t just for software development teams. It’s just as applicable for any business function that operates in a complex environment. My most recent work has been focused on turning HR, finance, treasury, risk, audit and legal teams in to lean, customer focused, service orientated high performing teams.
