I am at present working at the Wawasan Open University (WOU) in Penang, Malaysia. My present work interests are in the areas of ODL education, including development of multimedia learning materials. Current focus is on research and development of open education resources (OER) for application in online learning (e-Learning). From Oct 2012 to Dec 2013 also the President of the Asian Association of Open Universities (http://www.AAOU.net).
