Almost 30 years in Employment Services for teens at risk, disabled individuals and, for the past 19 years, with professional newcomers to Canada. Passionate about the value Internationally Trained Professionals bring to Canada's workforce and economic development.
Experienced as guest speaker, facilitator, job search skills trainer, counsellor, employer liaison. Estimate I have personally met over 6,000 newcomers in my career and assisted in writing over 3,000 resumes.
When I am not working at building Skills International as the place for all businesses in Canada to find top talent, I am out in my garden.
