I get really motivated by people like Seth Godin, who tells us to stop talking and just do it. My career idols are Steve Jobs (leadership, innovation and marketing), Richie McCaw (greatest rugby player ever and never give up attitude) and my Dad (1000% passion and commitment, very successful yet humble and compassionate)
