Communicates and validates requirements for the changes to business processes, policies and information systems. Creates and revises several project management documents to ensure the company stays within the IT best practices. Presents results of all research and analysis to project teams for knowledge transfer using appropriate communication methods. Works with minimal general supervision, to effectively interact with the business, project management and owners of other boundary applications in the development of solutions that address the people, process, and technology needs of the organization. Understands business challenges and able to translate them into process/technical solutions.
